Paragliding Classes

FlyLife Paragliding is USHPA certified and PASA approved offering P1 and P2 Pilot Certification. We also provided introductory lessons which is a great way to learn the basics, get your first flight and decide if you would like to continue lessons. We use several training hills in Bozeman that are great for first flights and offer beautiful views of Gallatin Valley.

USHPA P1 & P2 Pilot Certifications

P1 Beginner Certification ($900.00) 

The P1 certification program is designed to introduce you to the joys of paragliding. The program requires approximately 5 days of training and will provide you with the USHPA P1 Certification (Beginner). Your training will include classroom theory, ground training and 5-8 flights from the training hill.

P2 Novice Certification ($1800.00)

The P2 Certification is for people wanting to be certified by the United States Hang-gliding and Paragliding Association. With a USHPA P2 Certification, you can fly without instructor supervision at most regulated sites around the globe.

FlyLife Paragliding P2 training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to fly on your own including basic flight skills, meteorology, aerodynamics, equipment, reserve parachute deployment, emergency procedures, risk management, and a minimum of 25 solo flights. The P2 certification usually takes 10 – 14 days of training depending on the weather and students physical ability.

Introductory Lessons offered, as low as $250.00

Paragliding Equipment Discounts– Substantial discounts on top of the line paragliding equipment that will provide many years of safe flying.

Group Discounts – Three or more people receive $200.00 off instruction per person.
